13. Provisions related to official or professional conduct (1) According to sub-section (1) of section 23 of the Act, a person who holds a public office shall observe the following official or professional conduct while holding office:-
(a) To perform duties with integrity and diligence while being disciplined,
(b) not to exert political or undesirable influence,
(c) Not to act as a member of a political party
(d) Do not criticize the government in public
(e) To maintain confidentiality as per law,
(f) Do not accept donations, gifts, donations and receive bribes in any way that may affect the performance of the assigned duties,
(G) The establishment, operation and business of the company should not be done
(h) Not to promote any political party and participate as a supporter in elections
(i) To behave politely and decently while performing duties.
(2) According to sub-section (1) of section 23 of the Act, a person holding a public office should keep the matter confidential as per the law even if he gets the opportunity for any reason. It must always be kept confidential.
(3) Except as stated in subsection (2) of section 23 of the Act, the relevant ministry shall establish official or professional conduct for persons holding other public positions.
